Cardiff Blues compete in the Guinness PRO12, European Challenge Cup, Anglo Welsh and British & Irish Cup. The region covers 5 unitary authorities, 75 rugby clubs, 321 primary schools and 61 secondary schools. Cardiff Blues support rugby development with an academy, U18 squad, U16 North and U16 South squads plus girls and women’s rugby teams within a thriving community department.

Honours: 2008-09 Anglo-Welsh Cup Champions as the only unbeaten team in the competition. In 2009-10 they became the first Welsh side to win a European trophy with the European Challenge Cup.
